About Our Church
Grace Providence Church (PCA) is the first Chinese-speaking PCA mission church in Canada, under the Canada West Presbytery. We are located in Burnaby, Metro Vancouver.
As part of the PCA, we uphold three core commitments: Faithful to the Scriptures, True to the Reformed Faith, and Obedient to the Great Commission.
Our Mission
Our mission is to establish a Reformed Chinese church rooted in Presbyterian principles, proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, and nurture deep connections among our brothers and sisters in Christ as we grow together in faith.
Faithful to the Bible
We affirm the inerrancy of Scripture as the true, inspired Word of God. The Word not only convicts the heart of sin but also plants and nurtures the seed of faith. Regular and prayerful engagement with Scripture continues to transform believers to walk in the Lord.
Union with Christ
It is the very foundation of the Christian identity. This renewed relationship shapes our hearts, minds, and wills, guiding us to reflect His love, wisdom, and grace in all the circumstances.
In the Holy Spirit
The Spirit is the divine illuminator who reveals the truth of the gospel to the human heart, convicting it of sin and inspiring a turn toward Christ. The Spirit empowers us to share the gospel, pursue holiness, and bear witness for the Lord.
Connected in Fellowship
The authentic Christian fellowship is rooted in a shared commitment to God’s revealed Word and a common remembrance of His redemptive work. Through regular corporate worship, Bible study, prayer meetings, and mutual encouragement, our faith are strengthened, and we are united in a collective mission to proclaim the gospel.
